STOP LOOKING and BUY THESE First impression, fantastic. Only time will tell if these things are as great as they seem out of the box. I’m a stickler for getting my money’s worth. I research and ask a lot of questions before I spend the dough so when I tell you this is a great buy, it’s a great buy. Before these, I purchased a set of Jabra’s (forget the model name but they were about the same price $30-$40) and then stepped it up quite a bit in price with a set of JBL Everest 100’s ($100). For the Jabra’s, I just went off general reviews which said they sounded good, fit well and had decent battery life only to find out all of that was true but they just weren’t that loud. I don’t need concert sound but I need to be able to drown out the noise around me if I choose to. Hence the purchase of JBL Everest, which was listed as #2 or #3 on loudness wherever I looked. I wanted to stay at or below $100 and they had the best ratings for that price range. Well, this is where genetics comes in and you may differ from me…
